Hey guys! I’m a little upset because my car still isn’t fixed. So, I can’t try to go do photo shoots or anything. So I have taken it upon myself and I set up my own photo shoot with my HD webcam. Hey, gotta do what I can right? I did an I Dream of Jeannie photo shoot! It turned out pretty good in my opinion. I’m working on the editing right now. I can’t wait until I get my car up and running and be able to actually leave my house for once haha. Before the shoot my daughter and I watched I Dream of Jeannie on DVD so I could get a good look at her hair and makeup. I tried to be as authentic as possible. The important part was I had fun, and learned a little more about photography. It’s important for a model to educate herself about every aspect of modeling. It will help that person be an even better model if they have a better understanding of lighting and all the other background work that goes into it. Well, that’s pretty much all I have to say for now. I hope you enjoy my pictures!

Sometimes life Knocks you Down. Not to overwhelm you but to see how fast u get back up. Ive been through many situations good and bad but I wouldnt be who I am or where I am today if it wasnt for LIFE. My mother didnt start college until she was 45 and now she is on her way to becoming a LPN. That alone is motivation. Your age should not stop u from fulfilling dreams aspirarions accomplishments or goals. Evedtone has a purpose. Find out urZ
So, I just wanted to give a workout recommendation to anyone looking for one. If you don’t have much time or much money or whatever the case might be look up Jillian Michaels on YouTube. Yeah, you can buy her full videos too (and I have purchased one: 6 week six pack), but there is a wide range of her videos on Youtube. The majority of her vids are around 20 minutes of high energy workout. All you usually need is maybe one or two 5-8lb weights. Some vids don’t need a weight at all. I have done everything from her 20min Yoga Meltdown (which I love and doesn’t need a weight, but you might want a mat) to her 45 minute Banish Fat Boost Metabolism video. I’m not going to lie, you might need an inhaler.
You might need to work out to a full video if you haven’t been working out regularly, but they are very beneficial and you feel great about yourself after. I have been doing a variety of these about 5 days a week for probably 5 weeks now. I feel a lot better. I am usually a healthy and moderate eater anyway, so I haven’t been dieting any further really.
Moral of the story is….I love Jillian Michaels!

My twin and I are from The Indianapolis Chapter of rcg Models. A important part of modeling to us is being FIT. Being physically fit has a positive impact on how you feel about your body. If you feel agile and know you can run up the stairs, do the gardening, move furniture about, carry heavy shopping from your car to your home, you are much more likely to have a positive body image. A study at the University of Florida found that the simple act of exercise can convince people that they look better, without necessarily having to be physically fit.
A positive body image is seen as one based on reality – the individual sees himself/herself as they really are. They accept parts of their body that are not ideal, but are generally happy with the way they look and feel.

Psychologists say that a feeling of self-worth should not be linked to how we look. People who realize this tend to feel good about their appearance.

Of course trying to enroll in school again can NEVER be easy! This should have been smooth sailing, but no. There’s always a catch. Now I have to figure out paying for classes. I usually have a scholarship that I can rely on, but this college is giving me a hang up.
Anyway, I’m still recovering from this weird sinus this I have been suffering from. The Dr. said it was viral, so I can’t use antibiotics. She told me to take a bunch of pseudoephedrine…which has taken away my appetite completely and I am having trouble sleeping…and so it goes.
I got stuck in the snow storm that is Bellingham this weekend while I was up for my sister’s babyshower. I got to use my snow chains for the first time. Let’s just say I despise snow even more now.
BUT! I go on! We shall see what March brings!

Oh, so not ready to head back to work tomorrow. Should be a busy week of getting life organized as well. I am trying to get myself back to school by April. So you know what that means!? No time for anything! Weeeee
I’m really ready to start school again though. Apparently I like learning. Go figure. Plus stress and me are tight friends these days and I tend to work better with a little chaos in my life.

Watching some episodes of the show Strange Sex on Netflix. The first one was about cougars- a 75 year old cougar to be exact. I hope I have that much energy when I’m that age. I guess that’s the plan.
It’s very interesting though, the idea of men being interested in older women and why. I mean, it makes sense. More experience, less commitment, fewer games, more appreciating etc.
But then, similar things can be said for the opposite sex as well 😉

Had a great time on Wed with the girls at The DJ Sessions presented by ITV LIVE presented at The Retro Seattle! Can’t wait to do it again!
